FILM POSTER ANALYSIS

1) I think that the film may be about a scientist who created a robotic human in order to help him save the world as he made a scientific discovery that could ruin the world, but the robot turns on him, because it malfunctioned, and tries to destroy him.

2) The genre i think that the film belongs to is science fiction and action. This is because of the lighting and colours of the poster image. Also it looks like there is a spaceship which would be made scientifically.

3) I think that the target audience is mainly male and teenagers and adults. This is because typically males show more interest towards sci-fi/action films, video games and toys so it would make sense that this film was made to entertain that certain audience. 

1) I think that this film may be about a group of old high school friends who decide to stay in an old house for the weekend for a reunion. During their stay, strange things begin to happen around the house  and whilst they try to investigate whats going on, strange things begin happening to them.

2) The genre i think this film belongs to is comedy/horror. I think it may be horror because of the film title and the fact that it is written in red which could signify blood. Also the lighting above the people might show a sinister mood. I think it may be comedy because the people in the poster don't seem to have serious facial expressions which could indicate that it may not be that scary.

3) I think that the target audience is teenagers because it has a comedic sense along with horror so they are able to watch it and not take the horror so seriously and be frightened.

1) I think that this film may be about a man who has lived in a city for his whole life. Everything in the city was good until a few years ago the city started to lose money making it not a safe and dangerous place to live. The man in the photo is looking over at the city thinking about how nice it used to be to live there.

2) I think that the genre of this film may be suspense as we cant really tell what is going on from the poster so it may be like that in the actual film.

3) I think the target audience of this film may be more towards adults becuase of the colouring of the poster. Since its so dark it might not be so appealing to younger people so they wouldnt watch this.

1) I think that this film may be about a boy who found a deep hole far back in a forest whilst getting lost on the way home after he moved to a new city. Whilst looking in the hole, he hears a voice calling out to him threatening him if he doesnt do what they say but he doesnt give into the voice.

2)I think the genre the film belongs to is suspense because we cant tell from the boys surroundings where he is. Also, the title is very vague which doesnt allow us to geuss what the film may be about before we even watch it. 

 

3) I think that the target audience may be towards teenagers and adults due to there being a young boy in the poster and from what we think the genre of the film may be about.

1) I think this film may be about a city where only bad people live in it and do bad actions. The stance of the people in the poster show that maybe they are trying to be intimidating. Also they are holding guns in their hands which typically isnt really a good thing.

2) The genre i think this film belongs to is action and thriller. This is because of the atmosphere of the poster. There is dark ligthing, wind, rain and serious facial expressions,

3) I think the target audience of this film is for teenagers and adults. This is because they are more drawn to action films as it interests them. Also it looks like there would be lots of things going on in this poster which might make the want to watch and find out whats happening.

1) I think this film may be about a group of pirates who discover a chest that doesnt belong to them. They end up keeping the chest which causes trouble for them as the chest belongs to someone important.

2) I think the genre the film belongs to is thriller and action because pirates are known to cause trouble so we can guess that the film is going to be chaotic with lots of action going on.

3) I think that the target audience would be mainly teenagers. This is because although the film has to do with pirates which may seem childish, the colours and the facial expressions of the characters make it seem like the film may bee more intense which wouldnt be suitable for younger kids.

1) I think this film may be about a woman who is marrying the love of her life but when her family meets him they dont approve of him. Throughout the film they try endless things to make them like him so they can have everyone there when they are married.

2) I think this film belongs to romance and comedy genre due to the title being bride. Also the man in the poster is laughing which could mean that the film isnt completely serious and has some comedy towards it.

3) I think the target audience is mainly women as they typically enjoy romantic films more than men do so they are more likely to watch this.

1) I think thisfilm may be about a woman who was born into a normal life with a normal family. One day when shes all grown up all these people start looking for her as she turns out to have been kidnapped when she was a baby from an extremely wealthy family.

2) I think that the genre of this film belongs to thriller and action due to the dark lighting. The people in the background create a suspensful tone for the film making us wonder who they may be to the woman.

3) I think that the target audience would be teenagers and adults. I think its also targeted towards both genders because the woman seems to be the main character as shes placed in the middle and men typically show an interest in action films.
